Withdrawal will be handled using the same procedure as collection.

Article 9. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved.
However, the following information is retained for the reasons and periods specified:

Retention item: Membership registration information (login ID, nickname)

Reason: To prevent re-registration with the same ID after withdrawal

Period: Until site closure or termination of services

Additionally, information may be retained as required by law (Commercial Act, etc.):

Records of contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years

Records of payments and supply of goods: 5 years

Records of complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

If further retention is necessary, separate consent will be obtained.

Article 10. Destruction of Personal Information

Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is achieved.

Procedure: Information provided during registration is moved to a separate DB (or stored separately in paper form) and destroyed after a retention period according to internal policy or legal requirements.

Method: Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible.

Article 11. Protection of Children’s Personal Information

This site does not collect personal information from children under 14.
A legal guardian of a child under 14 may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent, and the site will promptly comply.

This policy shall take effect from January 1, 2025.
